At CerePods, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality performance tools. We want you to experience "Focus on Demand" with confidence. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping or that you may change your mind.

Below is our policy for refunds and returns.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or the product inside is compromised, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

• Requirement: We require clear photographic evidence of the damage. This allows us to verify the issue and improve our shipping processes.

• How to Claim:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged product (specifically showing the damage to the pods or the compromised container).

  2. Email the photo and your Order Number to sales@cerepods.com.

  3. You do not need to ship the damaged product back to us.

• Resolution: Once we review the photo, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement shipment free of charge.

2. Returns on Unopened Items

We accept returns for a refund if you have changed your mind, provided the product has not been used or opened.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The safety seal must be intact.

• Return Process:

  1. Email us at sales@cerepods.com to initiate a return request. We will provide you with a return shipping address via email.

  2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
