Shipping Policy

At CerePods, we know that when you need focus, you don’t want to wait. We strive to process and ship every order as efficiently as possible so you can get back to work.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during product launches or promotional periods), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

[Option A: If you only ship to the US initially]

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.

[Option B: If you ship internationally]

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: CerePods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local regulations regarding the import of nootropic supplements before ordering.

5. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Please review our Refund Policy for instructions on how to file a claim. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process a replacement.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

CerePods is not liable for packages verified as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.

  • If your tracking status says "Delivered" and you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your mail carrier first.

  • If the package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) directly to file a claim.

  • However, please reach out to our support team at sales@cerepods.com so we can assist you in the process where possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at sales@cerepods.com. If the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute it.
